Effective 17 September 2024, Pieter Hugo assumed the role of Chief Commercial Officer at Stanlib Asset Management. Pieter’s experience includes 8 years at M&G Investments and 17 years at Old Mutual, where he left as Old Mutual Wealth’s deputy CEO. Pieter is a fellow of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries in the UK and a fellow of the Actuarial Society of South Africa. And has completed the general management program at Harvard Business School and the behavioural finance course at Duke University.
