The appointments followed IRFA’s annual general meeting on 27 August 2026 and the board’s election of office bearers the following day. Andrews succeeds Geraldine Fowler after previously serving as Vice-Chairperson, while Pila continues as a board member. Together, they will guide the institute’s governance, stewardship and strategic direction for the retirement fund industry.
