Old Mutual Alternative Investments (OMAI) has appointed Gareth McElhone as Partner in its Hybrid Capital team

Strengthening the team as it continues to grow its Hybrid Capital strategy across South Africa and the rest of Africa.

Gareth brings more than 20 years of investment banking and private capital experience and joins OMAI from Nedbank Corporate and Investment Banking, where he most recently served as Head of Alternative Equity.

His experience spans mezzanine finance, private capital, equity investing and the structuring of flexible capital solutions for businesses and investors.
